I continue to get request for a "quick check-in" on folk's current situations or pending future outcome's. With all the change happening individually and globally many of you are experiencing your deepest insecurities and feeling's of overwhelm, concern or confusion. Those are all natural response's to change especially if we are getting ready to actualize are deepest and longest held dream(s).
When we finally leave behind our old ways of, being, doing and having we enter a period of unknown. This is where we strengthen ourselves and allow our new way's of being to attract in what is next.
Some times the excitement of this can feel like fear and creates anxiety if your not sure about what is going on. Sometimes we manifest physical discomfort and changes with our body that are most times temporary as energy clears out the old and makes room for the new. Often times we feel depressed and emotional, and if you know that it is temporary and understand what is going on you can allow the experience and assist with the passing of the event.
As some of you already know our animal companions are often mirrors for us and assist with our awakening by taking on our energy and presenting it back as an issue for us to relate to. How clever of them and so unconditionally loving! Many of you are reporting "changes" with your animal companions. So, in this case often the action of "taking care of " or "talking with" your animal companion can help to clear up an issue for them and ourselves!
